Francisco is a lawyer with a large experience and recognition in Tax Law, specialized in advising and planning tax to individuals and legal entities (Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Non-Resident Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Inheritance and Gift Tax, Value Added Tax, Transfer Tax and Stamp Duty, etc.)<\/p>\n
He worked for 12 years as a tax lawyer at the firm ALEMANY, ESCALONA and ESCALANTE ABOGADOS and then for 2 years he was the partner responsible for the tax department at LEQUID J. DUTILH BUSINESS LAW FIRM. He currently directs and coordinates the Fiscal and Tax Law Area of LAWART.<\/p>\n

Rafael has been a member of the Bar Association of Madrid since 2004 and is specialized in the commercial area, financial markets, tax and immigration law.<\/p>\n
He worked as a technician in the credit recovery department at Mercedes-Benz Credit, E.F.C., S.A. during 2002. Then he joined the Legal Department of the credit institution RBC Investor Services Spain. S.A.U. becoming responsible for the department.<\/p>\n
Likewise, he developed different functions related to regulatory compliance, as well as in areas of credit risk and relations with institutions such as the Bank of Spain and the National Securities Market Commission.<\/p>\n
In 2017 he joined the Firm as director of the Commercial and Corporate Area.<\/p>\n
