In Commercial Law, an important part of our work consists of ongoing legal advice in the corporate field, including the incorporation of companies, secretarial services for Boards of Directors and corporate operations, together with commercial advice on contractual matters in the normal development of our clients’ business areas both in Spain and abroad, drawing up and negotiating a wide variety of contracts (international sale and purchase of goods, turnkey contracts, service leases, agency, supply…). We also advise on company acquisitions and disposals, mergers and other structural modifications, due diligence, investment agreements and shareholders’ agreements.
